It’s not toxic but it will burn and make your eyes water for a while until you get it cleaned out. Plus it’s not all that good for your eyes. You should also have protective wear for other important parts of your body. The paintballs do travel at speed and they can and will leave a bruise when you are hit. Don’t’ forget to have some type of ear guard to protect your inter ear. Your rules should cover shooting at the face and other sensitive parts.
